// 3D PRINT — HIGH-STRAN® Material Family

For Large-Format 3D Printing Fiber-Reinforced Pellets

The HIGH-STRAN® material family for pellet-extruder based large-format (LFAM / FGF) systems: glass and carbon fiber reinforced pellets on PP, PETG, PETG-PC, PA6 and PPS matrices. The same formulation is also produced as filament when needed.

// Why Pellets

Pellets, not filament

For large parts, filament is both slow and expensive. Pellet-extruder systems use raw material directly, in the same form as an injection molding machine.

Cost

Pellets skip the extra processing step of turning the same polymer into filament. In systems printing parts by the square meter, this difference goes straight into the project budget.

Speed

Pellet extruders run at much higher throughput than filament-fed systems. For a large mold or architectural panel, this is the main factor that sets lead time.

Fiber reinforcement

Carbon and glass fiber reinforcement reduces warping and increases dimensional stability and stiffness — the two properties that matter most in large parts.

One raw material

The same pellets you print with can be injection molded. Move from prototype to series production without changing material.

Our 3D printing pellets

One brand, five matrices: from low-density PP to high-temperature PPS. Matrix, reinforcement (glass / carbon fiber) and additives are set by the application; pellet size and flow characteristics can be tuned to your extruder.

PP · GF / CF

HIGH-STRAN® PP

Polypropylene / CPP matrix · glass or carbon fiber reinforced

The lightest and most economical matrix for large-format printing. Low density, chemical resistance and easy processing; fiber reinforcement reduces warping and increases stiffness.

Large-format part printed with HIGH-STRAN® PETG
PETG · GF / CF

HIGH-STRAN® PETG

PETG matrix · unfilled or glass / carbon fiber reinforced

Easy printing, strong layer adhesion and a clean surface. A balanced choice for visible parts and architectural and decorative large-format applications.

PETG-PC · GF / CF

HIGH-STRAN® PETG-PC

PETG / polycarbonate alloy · fiber reinforced options

An alloy that adds the toughness and heat resistance of polycarbonate to the printability of PETG. For large parts exposed to more impact and heat.

HIGH-STRAN® PA6

Polyamide 6 matrix · glass or carbon fiber reinforced

For structural prints that need strength, toughness and wear resistance together. Fiber reinforcement markedly increases dimensional stability.
