This notice explains how personal data of visitors to hightechpoly.com and of people who contact us is processed, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Turkish version of this notice prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, company, email address, phone number.
- Request details: subject, industry and whatever you write in your message.
- Security: the IP address and time of form submission (to prevent abuse and spam).
- Direct correspondence: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not request special categories of personal data through this website; please do not include such data in your messages.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your sample, quotation, technical documentation (TDS/SDS) and information requests,
- Pre-contractual discussions with you or the company you represent,
- Keeping the website and contact form secure and preventing abuse,
- Complying with our legal obligations and protecting our rights.
4. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed under KVKK Art. 5(2): (c) necessity for entering into or performing a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, (e) establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and (f) our legitimate interests (answering your request, site security), provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed.
5. Transfers
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. We share it only as needed for the purposes above with:
- Service providers: web hosting (Hostinger) and business email (Google Workspace). Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards (standard contracts) under KVKK Art. 9.
- Business partners: if your request requires the manufacturer's technical assessment (e.g. Xiamen LFT Composite Plastic Co., Ltd.), only the technical information needed and with your knowledge,
- Competent authorities: where required by law.
6. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed. If a business relationship follows, records are kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law (generally 10 years). Afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask us whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7 and notification of these actions to recipients; object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to make a request
Send your request with information identifying you to info@hightechpoly.com (from the email address we have on record) or in writing to the address above. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
9. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or marketing cookies. The cookies we use:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent: to measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited, where visitors come from and how contact / WhatsApp / phone links are used. Unless you choose "Accept" in the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no cookies are set. The legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)); data is transferred to Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. servers abroad under KVKK Art. 9. Cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) are kept for up to 14 months. - Preference record: your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage (
ht_cookie_consent) so we do not ask again; it is not sent to us.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page; analytics cookies are then deleted.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which technically transmits your IP address to Google servers. When you click a WhatsApp link, Meta Platforms' own privacy terms apply.
For security, our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, date, page visited) for a limited period.
