From automotive and electric vehicles to aerospace, from medical devices to industrial 3D printing — our composite thermoplastic solutions meet the stiffness, lightweight, temperature and chemical resistance requirements of every industry. Explore the detailed recommendations for your sector below.
01 — Automotive
Up to 40-70% weight reduction compared to steel parts, with comparable strength.
With the growing adoption of electric vehicles, the automotive industry is accelerating the transition from metal parts to long fiber reinforced thermoplastics. Our LGF and LCF series for battery enclosures, structural supports, front-end modules and engine covers deliver steel-level stiffness, 40-70% weight reduction and complex geometry freedom. They also provide significant advantages in corrosion resistance and production speed compared to metal.
02 — Aerospace
340°C continuous service, fire resistance and ultra-rigid structures.
The aerospace and defense industry has the most critical performance requirements of any sector. The high temperature resistance, superior strength-to-weight ratio and fire resistance properties of our LCF series are used across a wide range of applications, from aircraft interior cabin components to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missiles and defense platforms. Our PEEK and PPS-based LCF grades are preferred not only for metal replacement but also in composite sandwich structures.
03 — Appliances
Ideal for household appliances with high vibration and moisture resistance.
Our LGF series is ideal for washing machine drums, structural parts of dryers, dishwasher rotor components and refrigerator internal structural supports. With high stiffness and impact resistance, we deliver both weight reduction and lower noise compared to metal parts. For long-lasting products requiring moisture and heat resistance, Hightech Polimer should be the preferred choice.
04 — Medical / Semi
PEEK-based products withstand autoclave sterilization and gamma radiation.
Our PEEK-based HIGH-TRON® and HIGH-STRAN® series meet the most stringent requirements of the medical and semiconductor industries. We offer sterilizable, chemically inert and high-temperature resistant products for surgical instruments, implant components, dental equipment and semiconductor wafer handling systems. Repeated resistance to gamma and steam sterilization, biocompatibility and metal-free design capability.
05 — Industrial / Energy
Structural solutions resistant to wear, corrosion and chemical attack.
Our composite solutions for chemical industry pump components, valve bodies, turbine parts, wind energy structural supports and petrochemical valve systems deliver chemical resistance, wear resistance and long-lasting performance. Our PPS-based LCF products particularly prevent metal corrosion in parts exposed to chemical attack at high temperatures, reducing maintenance costs.
While filament-based 3D printing is limited to small parts, pellet-based large-format 3D printing technology enables the production of meter-scale structural parts on industrial large-format 3D printer systems. Our long carbon and glass fiber reinforced HIGH-STRAN® pellets feed directly into these large-format systems, enabling the production of parts that exceed physical limits in size, with stiffness, lightweight and design freedom.
Prototyping, low-volume production molds and jig fixtures. Up to 70% cost savings compared to metal molds.
Customized architectural elements, trade show booths, exhibition elements and art installations with large-format flexible design.
Custom-designed boat and yacht hull components, seat frames and interior trim parts for marine applications.
Large-scale UAV body components, lightweight military equipment and field repair molds. Rapid production at low cost.
